We facilitate sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and account management. While we vet and recommend talent, final hiring decisions rest with the client.
- Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Virtual/Admin Assistants (VAs)
- Marketing Assistants (MAs)
- Customer Support Representatives (CSRs)

2. Services
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Unauthorized attempts to access our systems, data, or networks are prohibited.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written consent.
3. Website Use
- All service engagements are governed by written contracts signed between CRDLE and the client.
- CRDLE requires a 3-month minimum engagement for all placements. After the initial 3 months, clients may cancel or continue services on a rolling basis.
- If a hire is not a fit, CRDLE will work with the client to retrain the hire or provide a suitable replacement, as outlined in the client agreement.

- Fees and payment terms are defined in the client agreement.
- CRDLE typically uses auto-debit billing at the start of each month. If work begins mid-month, fees may be prorated.
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which remain the client’s responsibility.
5. Payments & Billing
- All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and materials) is the property of CRDLE or its licensors.
- Client-owned content (logos, brand assets, training materials, etc.) remains the property of the client.
7. Intellectual Property
CRDLE reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Updates to Terms
- CRDLE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services.
- While we aim to source top-quality talent, CRDLE does not guarantee specific results or business outcomes.
- Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to CRDLE during the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Both CRDLE and clients agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the engagement.
- Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
- Candidates placed through CRDLE are also bound by confidentiality agreements.
6. Confidentiality
- CRDLE may suspend or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are breached.
- Termination of service engagements is governed by the client contract (subject to the 3-month minimum).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.
