What is the Outsourcing Impact Award
The Outsourcing Impact Review Award is an annual competition hosted by Outsource Accelerator. Their goal is to challenge the narrative of the outsourcing industry and highlight the profound impact outsourcing makes in communities around the world.
It is comprised of different categories that align with the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) including Community Building, Health and Wellness, Education, and D.E.I.
Our D.E.I. Story
CRDLE won Silver in the D.E.I. category in 2023 and Bronze in the D.E.I. category in 2024.
Our focus on D.E.I. is helping African professionals enter the global talent economy. Most business leaders have never heard that they can hire a Virtual Assistant or Cold Caller from an African country.
Our work around CRDLE is to help the world recognize Africa for it’s outsourcing capabilities and make sure outsourcing to the continent a great experience.
At CRDLE, we also have a special focus on uplifting women which is why we have an all female leadership team and around 70% of the candidates we hire are women.
One of the reasons why we won is due to our growth rate, our pay rate, our focus on African communities, and our committment to women.
Does Outsourcing Make a Difference?
The premise of the Outsourcing Impact Review is that outsourcing often has a negative connotation. In reality, it often creates jobs and charts careers for professionals who otherwise would not have that opportunity. However, outsourcing also allows great U.S. companies and abroad to grow faster, serve more customers, and be a strong company by having access to affordable team members.
We believe outsourcing done right is the ultimate Win-Win.
